He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Provencher and Cheryl Provencher; his sisters, Susan Kingery and Sandy Salter; and his grandchildren, Jasmine Rider, Anthony Rider Jr., Karen Provencher, Keshawn Provencher, Jaidan Provencher, Korben Kemper and Daniel Provencher. He is also survived by one great-grandchild; and numerous other relatives and dear friends.
