He was predeceased by: his parents, Huey Curry and Edna Holmes Curry; his son Jason Curry; and his brother Charles Curry. He is survived by: his children, James Chisum Curry (Kim), Justin Lahood, Chris Conrey and Jennifer Pulgini (Gino); his sisters, Charlene Curry and Sandra Boyd; and his grandchildren, Hannah Curry, Christian Johnson, Wyatt Curry, Layne Pulgini and Ashton Pulgini.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
