He is survived by: his wife Marita Carmon Marcel; his sons, Terry Lynn Marcel of Port Arthur, TX and Roger Marcel (Latrecia) of Port Arthur, TX; and his siblings, Linda Marcel Lemon (James) of Channelview, Theresa Marcel Cormier (Michael) of Sunset, Louisiana, Jessie Marcel (Reola) of Port Arthur, Benoit Marcel, Jr. of Port Arthur, Frank Marcel (Jean) of Port Arthur, Charles V. Marcel (Celestine) of Port Arthur, John Marcel (Gloria) of Houston, James Marcel (Mary Ann) of Leonville, Louisiana and Willie Carmon (Lois) of Lake Charles, Louisiana. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great children, and a host of nieces and nephews.
