“MY SYMPATHY TO THE NED FAMILY. JUST FOUND OUT THAT LUPPERT AS I CALLED HIM HAD GONE HOME TO BE WITH THE LORD. LUPPERT AND MY BROTHER BILLY RAY WERE BEST OF FRIENDS IN THEIR YOUNGER DAYS, I AM VERONICA LAMPKIN . LUPPERT WOULD CALL ME OFTEN UP HERE IN LOS ANGELES,, HE WOULD KEEY ME UP ON WHAT WAS GOING ON IN PORT ARTHUR AND MUCH LAUGH WE WOULD HAVE. GOING TO MISS OUR BROTHERLY AND SISTER RELATIONSHIP.
