She was predeceased by: her stepmother Wanda Borne; her father-in-law Eddie James Choate; and her brother-in-law Steven Lynn Choate. She is survived by: her husband Eddie Mark Choate of Brookeland; her parents, Thad Borne and Robbi Green of Port Arthur; her mother-in-law Bethel Choate of Brookeland; her children, Alex Albair of Orange, Kaytelyn Surratt (Jacob) of Nederland and Megan Hale (Brian) of Draper; her sister-in-law Cindy McNamara (Jude); her grandchildren, Raycer Surratt, Nicolette Daisy Hale and Jon Luke Hale; her sisters, Peggy Selman (Tom Selman) of Port Neches and Patti Borne (Brandon Sawyer) of Evergreen, Colorado.; and her nieces and nephews, Dalia Gaspard, Scottie Selman, Danielle McNamara, Dr. Chase Selman, Trey Selman (Kinley) and Brandon Drake (Audrey).
