He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Perry, Sr.; and his sister Carolyn Charon. He is survived by: his son Nathan Perry, Jr. (Sally) of Arlington, Texas; his mother Louella Perry of Port Arthur; his siblings, Lee Perry (Kim) of Humble, Texas, Patricia Perry of Port Arthur and Denise Samuels of Port Arthur; and the mother of his child Vickie Perry of Arlington, Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
