He was predeceased by : his grandmother Connie Wright. He is survived by : his wife Kristin; his daughters, Aubree and Ava; his stepchildren, Sage, Harlow and Declan; his parents, Michael and Jennifer; and his sister Rachel. He is also survived by other grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
