He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Ballard; his children, Kenneth (Missy Ballard), Rhonda (Mark Topping), Sandy (Nathan Payton), Brenda (Larry Rhodes) and Kristan (David Ray); and his sister Loretta Hall. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
