He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Cunningham and Richard Cunningham; and his brothers, Shawn Cunningham and Clay Cunningham. He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Dillingham, Erin Garred, Heather Hardy and Cain Cunningham; and his pet Maggie Sue.
