He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Clyde and Martha Etta Compton Clyde. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Jane Galphin Clyde; his children, Christopher David, Shannon Elizabeth, Gavin Amandiwa, Sonia Larasati, Rebekah Elizabeth, Jonathan Allen, Alexander Bradley and Rachel Catherine; and his sisters, Peggy Anne Nutt and Betty Jean Hawks.
