She was predeceased by: her parents, George Polk and Pauline Polk; and her brother George Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Larry; her children, Larry Jr. (Loretta) and Lesli (Kyle); her grandchildren, Elisa, Anthony Keese, Maddy, Shelby, Ella, Isaac, Maria, Raquel and Ja'Michael Ray; and her brother John (Janice).
