He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth O. Boone; his sons, Michael, Matthew and Christopher; his daughter-in-law Katlin; his grandchildren, Freya and Rock; and his brothers, Keith and Ricky. He is also survived by numerous nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
