He is survived by: his wife Abigail Pate; his son Nathaniel Pate; his parents, James Pate and Kathy Pate; his siblings, Jeremy Pate, Kelsey Pate and Shelbie Pate; and his grandfather Isiac Pate.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Pedigo Park (925 US-59 Loop N, Livingston, TX 77351).
