He is survived by: his brother John; his wife Kimberly; his former wife PJ; his children, Mistalina, Leslie and Jessica (James); his grandchildren, Jacob (Lyndsay), Heaven (Charis), Isabel, Sydney, Dominick, Nathan, Olivia, Jackson and Justice; his great grandchild Carter; his nieces and nephews, Scott (Melissa), Johnny, Rachel and LeeMarie (Troy); his great-nephews, Braden and Weston; his great-niece Alessandra; his brother-in-law Ricky (Donna); his stepdaughter Kasey; and his stepgrandchildren, Kailynn, Cheyenne, Camryn and Tyrnan. He is also survived by cousins and wonderful close friends.
