He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Rodriguez and Marta Rodriguez; his parents-in-law, Juan and Manuela Alaniz; his siblings, Frank Rodriguez, Jose Reyes Rodriguez and Celia Ramos; his son-in-law Raymundo Ybarra, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Rafael Alaniz.
He is survived by: his wife Alicia Alaniz Rodriguez; his children, Roy Rodriguez, Jr. (Noemi), Peter John Rodriguez (Anna), Rene Casanova (Jackie) and Cynthia Rodriguez; and his siblings, Olga Hernandez, Elisa Falcon, Johnny Rodriguez and Edwardo Rodriguez. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
