He is survived by: his wife Nelda Sue Cook; his daughter Karla Sue Blackstock (John Blackstock); his grandchildren, Parker Stone (Daisey), Peyton Blackstock, Alexis Hoefelmeyer and Addison Hoefelmeyer-Martinez; and his sister Elinor Rudolph.
