He was predeceased by: his parents, James Morris Bailey and Nancy Weinstein Bailey. He is survived by: his siblings, William Bailey, James Bailey and Barbara Steed. He is also survived by friends and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vinyard Funeral Chapel (115 N Carroll St, Falls City, TX 78147).
