He is survived by: his wife Barbara Waclawczyk (Dugi); his son James Lee Waclawczyk; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Waclawczyk (Johnson); his sisters, Debbie Kotara (Waclawczyk) and Diane Waclawczyk; his in-laws, Alfred Rakowitz, Germaine Rakowitz (Dugi), Peter Paul Dugi, Tommy Dugi, Teri Dugi (Hunt), Tim Jaskinia and Bernadette Jaskinia (Dugi); and his grandchildren, Preston Waclawczyk and Kanyon Waclawczyk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews along with other close friends.
