He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Lee Brown and Jesse Lee Brown (Travis); his wife Susie Pearson; and his siblings, Donald Brown and Annette Winters.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Brown of Pottsboro and Lori Brown of Pottsboro; his grandson Max Cook; his brother Jimmy Brown of Pottsboro; and his close friends, Dennis Mercer and Jo Ann Woyewodzic. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson-Moore Pottsboro Chapel (511 FM 120, Pottsboro, TX 75076). A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Georgetown Cemetery (540 Cemetery Rd, Pottsboro, TX 75076).
