It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Cecil Smith of Pottsboro, Texas, born in Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Connie Smith (Lathan) and Junius William Smith; and his brother Junius William Smith Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Jeneine Smith of Pottsboro, Texas; his children, William Lewis Smith of Houston, Texas, Dean Hensley of Broken Bow, Oklahoma and Shelly McDaniel of Pottsboro, Texas; and his grandsons, Dillon Smith of Dallas, Texas, Cody McDaniel of Durant, Oklahoma and Cason McDaniel of Houston, Texas..
