He is survived by: his mother Nancy Mueller; his wife Treena Kirkpatrick; his daughter Nanci Anne; his siblings-in-law, Beverly Kirkpatrick and Richard K. Berry (Teresa C. Berry); his parents-in-law, Richard T. Berry and Harolyn K. Berry; and his nieces and nephews, Josh, Jeff, Jesse, Konner Kirkpatrick, Katie Anne Audrey Berry and Margaret Christine Berry.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Preston Bend Cemetery (98711 Preston Bend Rd, Pottsboro, TX 75076).
