He was predeceased by: his siblings, Pauline, Alta Ruth, Nora Faye and Ralph Lee; his wife Freda; and his son Grant.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carmen Choate (Kent) of Sand Springs, OK and Nancy Royall (Bob) of Prosper, TX; his daughter-in-law Kristin Henke (Jim) of Little Rock, AR; his grandchildren, Kendall Choate (Kasey), Kyle Choate, Kevin Choate (Carley), Ashlyn Royall, Erin Royall, Caitlin Ebadipour (Erfan), Will Cunningham Henke (Kali), Evan Cunningham Henke (Ansley) and Blake Cunningham Henke; and his great grandchildren, Kamsin, Cera, Kendi, Kaleo, Sadie and Norah.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northwest Baptist Church (3030 NW 23rd St, Oklahoma City, OK 73107).
