He was predeceased by: his father David Orville Owen. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Owen of Pursley; his mother Mable Earline Robinson of Oak Valley; his stepdaughters, Brandy Scott and April Freeman; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Thomasson, Dustin Thompson and Maylie Freeman; and his siblings, Barbara Thornton and John Owen. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
