He is survived by: his wife Dora Mann; and his children, Garrett Cox, Shasta Phillips (Dayton Phillips), Tina Melton (Brian Melton), Gina Milam (David Milam), Barrett Mann, Jared Mann (Lisa Mann) and Rayna Knox (Bryan Knox).
