He was predeceased by: his parents, Harm Roe and Thelma Leonard Roe; and his brothers, Franklin D and CJ. He is survived by: his children, Haven Roe (Caitlin) of Vernon and Melissa Conner (Cody) of Vernon, Texas.; his grandchildren, Cirstin, Carleigh, Colesyn, Jordan (Annie), Trevin (Jada), Shad (Amanda), Lansten, Coye, Kieren, Madi, Wyatt Odell, Jody, Timothy, Collin, Chase and TJ; and his great grandchildren, Westley, Tinleigh, Kooper, Gavin, Addilyn, Kross and Olivia.
Memorials can be made to the Santa Rosa Palomino Club.
