He is survived by : his mother Norma June Childress Terrell of Azle; his son Ross; his wife Rita Terrell of Quanah; his daughter Tiffany King (Dan); his granddaughter Lexi King of Burkburnett; his daughter Nacole Sampson (Wes); his grandchildren, Ambree, Levi, Silas and Zion Anderle of Burkburnett; his son Curtis Terrell (Jodi); and his grandchildren, Caydee-Joe and Jax Terrell of Quanah. He is also survived by five siblings; in-laws; and nieces and nephews.
