He is survived by: his wife Gayle Landers Cullar of Plano; his son Thomas David Cullar; his grandson Thomas Dylan Cullar of Van Alstyne; his brother Taylor Cullar (Wendy) of Fredericksburg, VA; and his nieces, Phyllis Tapp of Wichita Falls and Patricia Smith of Angel Fire, NM..
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Quanah Memorial Park.
