He is survived by: his wife Karen Walker Kickham (Kelley) of Texarkana, AR; his children, Clay Walker (Tricia) of Texarkana, AR and Amanda Walker of Texarkana, AR; his siblings, Kathleen Albrecht (Mark) of Rockwood, IL, Peggy Cull (Kevin) of Troy, MO, Jeannie Kickham of Dallas, TX, Teri Methvin of Dallas, TX, Jan Kickham of Tulsa, OK, Kari Williams (Dave) of Garden City, MI, Mike Kickham (Terry) of St. Louis, MO, Tim Kickham (Elizabeth) of Panama City, FL, Chris Kickham of Tulsa, OK and Ken Kickham (Sarah) of Oklahoma City, OK; and his grandson Samuel Walker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
