He was predeceased by: his parents, Haydn Algardi Fox Sr. and Norma Jean Gibson Fox; his sister Lyn Ratliff; and his nephew Chad Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith; his stepdaughter Rachael Anderson (Tyler Wiges); his granddaughter Sophia Wiges; his brother John; his siblings-in-law, Sherry Fox and Ernie Ratliff; and his niece Becky Tolleson (Mike). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
