She is survived by: her former husband Richard C. Ayers; her son Richard C Ayers Jr. of Huntsville, AL; her caregiver Ginnie Perry; her stepson Billie M. Griffin Jr. of Lake Stevens, WA.; her daughter Lori Anne Polk (Stephen) of Quinlan; her brother Charles Shaw (Rita) of Bartlett, TN.; her brother-in-law Randall Nix of Gentry, AR.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Palmer-Clark, Mark Polk, Angela Polk and Joshua Polk; and her great grandchildren, Kenny, Christopher, Courtney, Miranda, Edwin, Brianna, Destiny, Haylee and Connor.
