He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin McIntire and Mary McIntire; and his brothers, Glynn McIntire and Jimmy Woods. He is survived by: his wife Terri Thomas; his mother-in-law Margaret Clark; his children, Jennifer Simpson (Chris Simpson) and Phillip Thomas (Amanda Thomas); his sister Beverly Clark (Marlon Clark); his grandchildren, Dylan Brown Caleigh Brown (Haylea Stouffe), Delilah Thomas, Aiden Thomas, Natalie Simpson and Kaden Simpson; and his great grandchild Waylon Stouffe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
