She was predeceased by: her parents, Sid Brumley and Azzie Rue Brumley; her husbands, Clarence Hettich Sr., John Potts and James Potts; her siblings, L. C. Brumley, Mary Jo Wilson, Eloise Wallace, Ruby Nell McCracken and Helen Greer; her children, Bobbie Baker and Clarence Hettich Jr.; and her stepchildren, Russell Potts, W. A. Potts, Robert Earl Potts and Jackie Lambert.
She is survived by: her children, Sid (Dana Hettich), Johnny (Debra Potts), Elliott (Annette Potts), Carolyn (Tim Simoneaux), Ann (Kenny Grafeo) and Kathy Potts. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lowe-Gardner Funerals & Cremations (1102 E Goode St, Quitman, TX 75783). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at the Shooks Chapel Cemetery.
