He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dr. Tom Moore and Evelyn Moore; his stepgrandmother Katherine Moore; and his grandparents, Dorothy and John Shackelford.
He is survived by: his parents, Sally Gray (Jeff Gray) of Houston and Larry David of Surfside; his brothers, Michael David of Houston and Stephen David (Ava David) of Columbus; and his pet Rip. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
