He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Johnny and Nettie Mae Eaves; and his parents, Jewell Eaves and Jeanie Adams. He is survived by: his siblings, Jennifer Thornton (Tim), Jamie Dehnel, Jolie Gulledge (Scott), Joni Matherne (Garrett) and JC Adams; his daughter Zana Jefferson; and his grandchildren, Hayden and Olivia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
