He is survived by: his wife Gale Daughtry; his children, Steacy Taliaferro and Bridget Johnson (David); and his grandchildren, Blaze Taliaferro, Noah Johnson, David Johnson, Dustin Johnson, Becca Johnson, Cydney Rodgers and Madison Taliaferro. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
