He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Emmanuel Williams and Rita Williams; and his sister Diane. He is survived by: his wife Charica; his children, Julie Cottrell, Matthew Williams, Sterling, Skylar and Spencer; his granddaughters, Emma and Grace Cottrell; his great grandchild Hazel; and his sisters, Mary Ann, Rita, Elaine, Teresa and April. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in David's honor.
