She was predeceased by : her parents, Allen Winslow and Ann Catherine Deitz (White); her husband Gerald O'Neal; and her siblings, Allen Deitz, Gerald Deitz, Sharon Deitz and Ruth Welch.

She is survived by : her children, Thomas Jones of San Francisco, Jackie Lemons of Red Oak, Janice Rourk of Midlothian and Kevin O'Neal of Heber Springs, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Michael Lemons, Anna Hoyle, John O'Neal, Esther Newman-Shaw, Fae Rourk and Guy Rourk; and her great grandchildren, David Newman, Leviticus Newman and Isaiah Lemons. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
