Murphy and Lea Colette Murphy (Jones) of Red Oak, Texas; his brother Charles Cullum of Lancaster, Texas; his nephew Colten Michael Cullum; his sister Christy (Daniel Mayo) of Chocowinity; his niece Carolyne Mayo; and his grandmother Barbara Jones of Red Oak, Texas. He is also survived by uncles, aunt, cousins and dear friends.
