She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornell Morgan Tilley and Shelia Diane Gipson Tilley (Shanell Donna Tilley); her grandparents, Clyde C Gipson and Christine Tilley; and her great-grandparents, Gladys and Jospeh Bess.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shaylan D Brown of Victoria and Shaylia D Tilley of Refugio; her grandchildren, Brennan Hernandez, Sylas and Skylan Torres; her siblings, Cornell M Tilley (Carroll) of Victoria, Christopher M Tilley (Destiny) of Refugio, Shelia D Tilley (Todd) of Victoria and Stephenie Castillo (Ryan) of Refugio; her grandmother Ora Lee Jones of Refugio; and her close friend Michael Vega of Woodsboro. She is also survived by four nephews, two nieces, eight aunts and three uncles as well as other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Refugio Fairgrounds Expo Hall (245 Fairgrounds Rd, Refugio, TX 78377). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
