She is survived by: her husband Ricardo Ortiz Sr.; her children, Merida Mata (Juan), Rick Ortiz Jr., Melinda Gonzalez (late Romeo) and Cindy Cardona Lopez; her grandchildren, Nicole Mata, Kimberly Hnizdo (Joe), Joseph Ortiz (Mandy), Juan Mata Jr., Paula Ortiz, Aaron J. Ortiz and Maritza Anell Gonzalez; her great grandchildren, Jackson Tyler Perez (Syerra Vrana), Caleb James Perez, Sofia Lorena Perez, Riley, Sadie, Avery, Joseph III, Hnizdo, Evelyn Ortiz, Owen Ortiz, Sebastian Ortiz, Liam McPherphson, Sienna Haynes, Penelope Alaniz and Dezmond Miles Mata; and her siblings-in-law, Dora Contreras (late Catarino), Bertha Diaz (late Efrain), Amalia Oritz (late Raul), Noe Ortiz (Maria Elena) and Martin Ortiz (Mae). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
