He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hoke Montgomery of Richards; his children, Gary Montgomery (Cindy), Gaylynn Idom (Bud) and Gayle Saffle (Dave); his grandchildren, Nate, Cassandra Saffle, Jacob, Ashley Saffle, Ben Saffle, Zach, Taylor Saffle, J. C., Erica Idom, Jamie and Drew Brown; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Dylan, Cole, Andrew, Brantley, Wyatt, Lucas, Emmy, Elena and Olivia.
