She is survived by: her children, John Moore, Brian Moore (Jennifer), Chuck Bradshaw (Loretta) and Jennifer Masuccio; her grandchildren, Michael Rollins (Hailey), Allie Gonzales (Aaron), Annie Bradshaw and Clay Bradshaw; and her great grandchildren, Shawn, Aiden Rollins and Charlie Gonzales.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to Christ United Methodist Church, Independence, Missouri.
