He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Henry Carver and Florence Anna Carver (Dehner). He is survived by: his wife Katie; his brothers, Paul and Samuel Carver of Woodbury, NJ; his cousin Ron Castleman (Diane) of Keller, TX; and his mother-in-law Karen Wanta Hillis of Lawton, OK. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
