He was predeceased by: his father Leo Bishop Adams; and his sister Vicki Davis. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Adams; his sister Kathi Adams; his children, Delaney Adams and Derek Adams; and his sibling's children, Holly Davis, Kristin O'Banion, Ashley Stokes, Tiffany McCloy and Scott McCloy. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dallas Jewish Funerals (1611 N Central Expy, Plano, TX 75075-6901).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Texas Sheriff's Association in Doug's honor.
