He was predeceased by: his father Leo Bishop Adams; and his sister Vicki Davis. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Adams; his sister Kathi Adams; his children, Delaney Adams and Derek Adams; his nieces, Holly Davis, Kristin O'Banion, Ashley Stokes and Tiffany McCloy; and his nephew Scott McCloy. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
