He is survived by: his daughter Lindsay Ann Holladay; his grandson Malakai Julien Holladay; his siblings, Lisa H. Waters (Kevin) and Chris Holladay (Shawn C. Holladay); his nephew Austin Holladay; his niece Kylie Nugent; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Makayla and Ashten Zarate; and his close friend Tylor Thompson.
