He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances L. Ihrig (Parish) of Great Bend, KS and Herald F. Ihrig of Colton, CA.. He is survived by: his wife Maxine of Richardson, TX; his daughters, Amy Michelle Luce (Greg) and Lisa Ann Spurlock (Charles); his grandchildren, Leah Noelle Spurlock, Jesslynn Nichole Luce, Drake Allan Spurlock, Alexander Dmitry Luce and Quincy Elizabeth Spurlock; his sister Diana Swart of Enid, OK; his nephew Chad Swart; his niece Holly Stotts (Matt); and his great-nieces, Kyla Hobson and Cydney Stotts.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Affinity All Faiths Mortuary (2850 S Seneca St, Wichita, KS 67217). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Parkview Southern Baptist Church (3430 S Meridian Ave, Wichita, KS 67217).
