He was predeceased by: his wife Myrna Mozelle Musick of Granbury, Texas; his parents, John Morris Wells, Sr. and Vada Oliver Terry of Colorado City, Texas; and his brothers, John Morris Wells, Jr. and James Terry Wells.
He is survived by: his children, Terri and Doug; and his daughter-in-law Molly.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Restland Cemetery (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75243).
