He is survived by: his son Matthew John Lee Smith; his brothers, Billy Gene (Pat) of Port Neches, Texas, James Donivan (Sharon) of Crowder, Oklahoma and Jimmy Wayne (Opal) of Wylie, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Steven, Matthew, Hunter, Trinity and Aryah. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of cherished friends.
