He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Smith Narthex. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Kassin Crowley; his daughter Marcie Crowley of Richardson; and his sister Geraldine Crowley Galvin of Calumet Park. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
