He is survived by: his wife Angela Perez; his children, Cynthia Molina, Adan Perez Jr. (Trina), Hector Perez Sr. (Andrea), Rocky Perez Sr. (Alynna) and Deziree N. Perez; and his siblings, Martha Alejo (Nicolas), Sara Flores and Catarino Perez Jr. (Mary). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and family and friends.
